Privacy Policy

This covers the Juices Forever website and online pickup orders. We collect very little, so it's short.

What we collect

• When you order: your first name, phone number, pickup time, what you ordered, any note you add, and your email address if you choose to give it.
• Your cart: kept only in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh. We don't see it until you place the order.
• Abuse protection: your IP address is held briefly in the server's memory to stop spam and repeated sign-in attempts. It isn't saved with your order.

No advertising trackers, analytics, or third-party scripts run on this site. We don't take card payments online, so we never see card details here.

How we use it

Only to make your order, have it ready on time, and reach you if there's a problem with it. If you give an email, we send two messages: an order confirmation and a note when it's ready. No marketing, and we never sell or share your information.

How long we keep it

• Your name, phone number, email and note are erased automatically 30 days after your order is picked up or cancelled.
• Orders nobody picks up are closed after 2 days, and the 30-day clock starts then.
• The invoice itself (items, prices, tax, date), with no name, phone or email, is kept for 7 years because tax law requires sales records.
• Server backups roll off after 14 days.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Orders are stored in a database on our web server, reached only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only our staff can see them, each through their own password-protected account. Emails are sent through our email provider.

Your choices

Want your details deleted sooner, or want to know what we have? Call the shop at (518) 898-9320 or tell us at the counter with your order number, and we'll take care of it.

Kids

The site isn't meant for children under 13 to place orders.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. We won't use your information in new ways without saying so here first.
