Terms
Last updated October 30, 2026
By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.
Ordering and pickup
- Online orders are for pickup at the shop on Central Ave, Albany. We don't deliver through this site.
- You pay at the counter when you pick up. The total on your order page is the amount due, including sales tax.
- Pickup times are our best estimate. If we're running behind, or something you ordered has run out, we'll call or text the number you gave.
- Orders that aren't picked up within 2 days are cancelled.
- We may cancel an order that looks fake or abusive, or that we can't make. We'll let you know if we do.
Prices and menu
Prices are set by the shop and can change. The price you're charged is the one shown on your order page when you placed the order. Items marked “Call for price” can only be ordered by phone or in person.
Allergies and ingredients
The ingredient and allergen notes on the menu describe what goes into each item. Everything is made on shared counters and blenders, so we can't promise any item is free of traces of nuts, peanuts or other allergens. If you have a serious allergy, talk to us before you order. Nothing on this site is medical or nutrition advice.
Problems with an order
If something is wrong, tell us at the counter or call (518) 898-9320 and we'll make it right.
Using this site
Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site, and don't place orders you don't intend to pick up. The site is provided as is; we work to keep it running and accurate, but can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Ownership
The Juices Forever name, the text and the design of this site belong to Juices Forever. You can link to the site and share your order page, but please don't copy the site itself.
Privacy
How we handle your details is in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New York State.
